Triac (Simistor) TS132 – a pin-type symmetrical thyristor designed for general-purpose applications. It regulates and converts both direct and alternating currents up to 40A or 50A (depending on the series) at frequencies up to 500 Hz in circuits with voltages ranging from 100V to 1200V.
